Introduction

Special Forces: Ultimate Hell Week is a British reality television series where physically fit civilian contestants are put through special forces style selection exercises.

Outline

Each episode features an instructor and exercises from a different force, and contestants:

• Voluntary withdraw (VW);
• Medically withdrawn; or
• Dismissed for poor performance.

The first series was presented by former cricket player Andrew Flintoff and the second by media personality Reggie Yates.

Series one started with 7 women and 22 men on day one, and was filmed in Wales, UK.

Series two started with 22 participants and was filmed in Wemmershoek, Western Cape, South Africa.
