Outline

Harm reopens a 22-year-old murder case after discovering evidence of not only prosecutorial misbehaviour but also evidence proving the innocence of the defendant, who was a young seaman at the time of the occurrence. Mac and Bud deal with a chief warrant officer with four wives and families.
