Introduction

Real Man 300 (Korean: 진짜사나이 300; RR: Jinjjasana-i 300) is a South Korean reality programme featuring male and female celebrities as they experience life in the military.

It is a spin-off of reality programme Real Man which ended in 2016. It aired on MBC every Friday at 21:50 (KST) from 21 September 2018 to 25 January 2019.
