Introduction

The second season of the American television drama series Homeland premiered on 30 September 2012 on Showtime and concluded on 16 December 2012, consisting of 12 episodes.

The series is loosely based on the Israeli television series Hatufim (English: Prisoners of War) created by Gideon Raff and is developed for American television by Howard Gordon and Alex Gansa.

Outline

After Carrie interrogates Roya she realises that Nazir must still be hiding in the warehouse, where they eventually find his hidden room and kill him. Once the Brody family hears the news they are finally able to leave the safe house.
