Outline

Cadet Ernie Watts seems to bring nothing but trouble to his company. He almost causes it to lose the cross-country race, and then he accidentally breaks the ribs of the middleweight boxing champ of the corps. Then he decides to take the place of the champ in the forthcoming boxing tournament.
