Introduction
Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin (International title: One Great Love / transl. I Will Only Love You Once) is a Philippine family military drama series that aired on ABS-CBN featuring an ensemble cast.
The series focuses on an army soldier and an NPA rebel who share a secret identity as brothers and the dilemma they face – to either uphold their duty or their family.
The show aired from 07 March 2011 to 19 August 2011.
Outline
The military does a raid at the restaurant and captures some of the rebels. Javier escapes before anyone notices he and Xander look alike. Krista prompts the other rebels to do an ‘ambush’ to save both Ka Diego and her brother Ka Tiago. Rosa catches Javier talking to Alondra on the phone and they get into a heated argument especially now that they are suspecting Javier of leaving the cause. Javier apologises later on and says he will forever be grateful to Rosa even though she is not his biological mother.
