Introduction
Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin (International title: One Great Love / transl. I Will Only Love You Once) is a Philippine family military drama series that aired on ABS-CBN featuring an ensemble cast.
The series focuses on an army soldier and an NPA rebel who share a secret identity as brothers and the dilemma they face – to either uphold their duty or their family.
The show aired from 07 March 2011 to 19 August 2011.
Outline
Javier and the other rebels discuss the consequences of amnesty. The rebels learn that Xander could be imprisoned after being charged of fraternising with the enemy. Joaquin tells Jaime he would not just keep quiet about what’s happening because it has terribly affected his family. He is intent also to find the doctor who helped give birth to the twins, making Alondra fast track her own search. Joaquin also does not believe Bernabe’s story on how he came across Javier. General Marcelo gives Javier, Bernabe, Elena and Krista good news, the president has granted their amnesty and they are now free men.
