Introduction

The series chronicles the process a groups of individuals follow through selection and training for the British Army’s infamous Parachute Regiment.

Outline

A group of hopefuls take part in the Parachute Regiment Assessment Course (PRAC) in Catterick, North Yorkshire. The course commander, Corporal Rob Price, has served three combat tours in Afghanistan and knows exactly what it takes to become a Para. Over three days, he will assess the young men for their fitness and determination through a series of tough physical challenges. Only if he passes them, will they be allowed to join the regiment’s training course.
