Introduction
NCIS: Hawaiʻi is an American police procedural television series that premiered on CBS on 20 September 2021. It stars Vanessa Lachey as Jane Tennant, the Special Agent in Charge of a fictional team of special agents from the Naval Criminal Investigative Service based in Hawaiʻi.
It is a spin-off of the long-running series NCIS and the fourth series in the NCIS franchise. The series was created by Christopher Silber, Jan Nash, and Matt Bosack who are also serving as writers and executive producers alongside Larry Teng who directed the pilot.
The series also stars Alex Tarrant, Noah Mills, Yasmine Al-Bustami, Jason Antoon, Tori Anderson and Kian Talan. In March 2022, the series was renewed for a second season which premiered on 19 September 2022. In February 2023, the series was renewed for a third season, which is set to premiere on 12 February 2024. Filming for the third season began on 04 December 2023.

Outline
NCIS agents Nick Torres and Jessica Knight travel to Hawaii with Jane and Ernie, the Washington DC and NCIS: Hawaii teams reuniting and working together once again to track down the man responsible for framing Torres and Knight’s boss, NCIS Special Agent in Charge Alden Parker while also racing to stop an attack targeting military personnel on RIMPAC (The Rim of the Pacific Exercises), the world’s largest international maritime warfare exercise occurring in Oahu, only for the teams to discover something much darker is going on.
This episode concludes a crossover event that begins on NCIS season 20 episode 1.
