Introduction

Apocalypse, Hitler is a television series in two parts retracing the rise of Adolf Hitler and the birth of the Nazi ideology, broadcast on France 2 the 25 October 2011.
It brings together historical documents known or unpublished and recounts the major events that led to the seizure of power. The archive images have been restored and colourised.
The series is directed by Isabelle Clarke and Daniel Costelle and narrated by Mathieu Kassovitz. The original music was composed by Kenji Kawai, the sound track Gilbert Courtois.
Outline of Part 02
The 1929 economic crisis is an opportunity for Hitler, coupled with his propaganda chief Joseph Goebbels and the SA, it will cause trouble in the country’s political life and will be presented as the only solution to end of the misery of the people.
In 1932, President Hindenburg dissolves Parliament and allows the Nazi party to be the first political force in the country. Hitler will be promoted to head of government.
Despite a semblance of openness, he will eliminate his political opponents and begin to pursue a discriminatory policy against Jews, who he says are responsible for all the ills.
And, despite a message of peace to other nations, he will prepare the Apocalypse.
