1965: American ground forces and Marine Corps tanks, land in South Vietnam, confident that conventional military will defeat the Communist insurgency. But American Tankers quickly discover that even the power of armour cannot overcome the guerrilla tactics of the Viet Cong and the North Vietnamese Army.
