Introduction

The first season of the action-adventure television series The A-Team premiered in the United States on NBC on 23 January 1983, and concluded on 10 May 1983, consisting of 14 episodes.
Four Vietnam vets, framed for a crime they didn’t commit, help the innocent while on the run from the military.
Outline
The Military Police finally capture the A-Team but Lynch doesn’t get much of a chance to gloat about it when a high ranking State Department official steps in and coerces the Team into a covert operation to rescue the team’s former commanding officer, General Ludlum, who, along with his daughter, has been captured by a power hungry dictator in Borneo. B.A is especially reluctant to go, as the officer court-martialed him in Vietnam, for which B.A broke his nose. Unfortunately, the team is given incorrect information about the enemy compound and are captured; they are believed to be legitimate American agents, no matter how many times Hannibal tries to correct them.
