Introduction

Outline
During an NCIS hit-and-run investigation of a Navy Captain, Palmer discovers his teenage son on the outside ledge of a building about to jump, and joins him in an attempt to save his life. As the team try to solve the case, Palmer tries to talk down the young man and reveals some secrets that nobody knew about him, including the fact that he passed the medical exam.
