Outline
With Pride on Administrative Leave following Mayor Hamilton’s take down, he is replaced by a by-the-book Supervisor Paula Boyd (Becky Ann Baker). Meanwhile, the NCIS team investigates a vehicular homicide involving stolen radioactive nuclear waste. Later on, they soon discover that the perpetrator is trying to make a dirty bomb.
