Outline
It is Mardi Gras in New Orleans and Pride’s team investigates the murder of a petty officer who was trying to help a Syrian refugee, previously falsely accused as the killer, from being recruited to a terrorist group aiming on interim Mayor Taylor’s life. Meanwhile, Wade helps Taylor’s ultimately-successful campaign for the special election.
