Introduction
Don’t Call Me Charlie is an American sitcom that aired on NBC during the 1962-1963 TV season on Friday night from 9:30 pm to 10:00 pm (EST).
Rural innocent veterinarian Judson McKay is drafted into the army. Going from Iowa to Paris is quite an adjustment but Jud does not change his simple approach to life despite military rules. Colonel Barker is his frequent foil.
Outline
Al Allen brings his performing pooch Rollo to Dr. McKay as the the animal is lethargic. Allen wants the dog returned to his energetic ways as Rollo has a film with Brigitte Bardot so Judson must figure out what is wrong.
