Introduction
Homefront is an American television drama series created and produced by Lynn Marie Latham and Bernard Lechowick in association with Lorimar Television for ABC.
The show was set in the fictional city of River Run, Ohio in 1945, 1946, and 1947. The show’s theme song, “Accentuate the Positive”, was written by Harold Arlen and Johnny Mercer and performed by Jack Sheldon.
Outline
Caroline realises that she is in over her head with the Sloan’s when they pressure her to find out who the Union’s spy is. Charlie, Robert, and Al think there is a trader in the union. Jeff scrambles to keep Ginger in Florida after she calls off their engagement. Hank and Linda are at each others throats because of the lock out. Abe finds a unique way to get back at the Sloans. A member of the Metcalf family pays the price for the hostility over the plant lock out.
