Introduction
With the Marines: Chosin to Hungnam is a 1951 war documentary about the US Marines in The Korean War.

Outline
Foreward from the video:
“The following picture is a partial record of the bitter struggle of the Marines from Chosin Reservoir to Hungnam, Korea in the freezing Autumn of 1950.
The film portrays the battle from the viewpoint of a Marine sergeant in a small unit of the First Marine Division. It is not a portrayal of the overall action involved in the Hungnam evacuation; it is but a small segment of the Marine and Navy story.
The big job done by the Air Force, especially in dropping vital supplies, and the gallant action of the Third and Seventh Army Divisions along the line, at the perimeter, and in making demolition at Hungnam, make the complete story.
It was a team operation and to the team goes the credit.”
