Introduction

Star Wars Galaxy of Adventures is a micro-series that retells key moments from the Star Wars franchise in bite-sized, animated form.

The kid-oriented series debuted on the ‘Star Wars Kids’ YouTube Channel and website, StarWarsKids.com, on 03 November 2018.

Using stylised animation, the series of shorts re-imagine key scenes from the saga, initially leading up the release of Episode IX – The Rise of Skywalker. The shorts feature audio from the original films (with narration by Dante Basco) and are animated by Titmouse, Inc.

Outline

At the Cloud City carbon-freeze chamber, Darth Vader confronts Luke Skywalker. Vader tells Skywalker that his destiny lies with him but Luke disagrees. Using the Force, Darth Vader hurls objects at Skywalker, which Luke dodges. The two cross blades and clash in the chamber.

Skywalker manages to push Vader down into one of the maintenance hatches. Downstairs, the two continue the duel with Vader ambushing Skywalker and using the Force to hurl objects at him. Skywalker is thrown out the window and manages to hang on to a bridge. Vader continues the pursuit and Skywalker is forced to dodge him.

Lord Vader manoeuvres Skywalker towards the edge of the platform. Darth Vader invites Skywalker to join him, tempting him with the power of the dark side. Skywalker says he will never join him and charges at Lord Vader. There is a bright glow of light and the screen fades out.
