A group of Britain’s toughest teens go through one of the most intense soldier training programmes in the world. Following the recruits of Army Foundation College in Harrogate as they begin their basic army training.

On the first day the physical demands are high for the new recruits as they are pushed to their limits by mandatory fitness assessments. They are also taught how to correctly strip down a rifle and how to use a gas mask.
