Introduction
Laverne & Shirley (originally Laverne DeFazio & Shirley Feeney) is an American sitcom television series that played for eight seasons on ABC from 27 January 1976 to 10 May 1983.
Outline
To get a free vacation, the girls apply to be counsellors at a ‘fat farm’. A nasty female trainer named Bambi wants the jobs for her sisters and takes revenge by giving the two harsh tests of will power against eating. It is do or diet.
