Outline

At a Chinese restaurant, Will encounters a fortune cookie for the first time, and seizes on its message of warning about his friends’ safety as cosmic truth. He proceeds to talk the men and officers into a panic, inadvertently making more dangerous situations. To stop him, even the fortune cookie writer is called in, but he can’t be talked out of it.
