The story and psychological analysis of Roman Emperor Nero, famous for playing the fiddle while Rome burned, was also well known for cruelty, incest and murder. Emperor Nero ruled a mighty empire, but he preferred to making music, acting and writing poems. The paranoid Nero felt no mercy on those who tried to keep him off the stage.
