Nel corso delle puntate, le reclute dovranno affrontare duri addestramenti, percorsi ginnici, corse zavorrate, camouflage, escursioni in esterna, arrampicate e traversate, con l’obiettivo di imparare a credere nel gruppo e nell’amicizia. Nonostante i bassi ascolti nella prima, nel settembre 2021 viene annunciata la seconda edizione che si svolgerà a Vinadio (CN) e andrà in onda su Rai 2 nella primavera del 2023 come annunciato sui canali social.
