Introduction

The New Look is an American biographical drama television series created by Todd A. Kessler that premiered on Apple TV+ on 14 February 2024. A second season is in development.

The story of how fashion icon Christian Dior and his contemporaries, including Coco Chanel, Pierre Balmain and Cristóbal Balenciaga, navigate the horrors of World War II and launch modern fashion.

Outline

After Paris is liberated by Allied troops, Nazi collaborators face punishment–including Coco. Christian is conflicted about ever designing again.
