Introduction

Star Wars Roll Out is a web series created for StarWarsKids.com and the StarWarsKids YouTube channel, with the first episode premiering on 09 August 2019.

Outline

In the opening credits, BB-8 and a Star Wars ball lead the way followed by Rey, Maz Kanata, Finn, Captain Phasma, two stormtroopers, Ben Solo, Han Solo, Chewbacca, and three porgs.

The episode opens with Rey marvelling over her discovery of jewels. She salvages them from the cave. Meanwhile, Teedo and his gang are hauling a crate of salvage over the desert sands when Teedo spots Rey’s speeder and the cave entrance with his macrobinoculars. He and his Teedo gang laugh with glee.

Meanwhile, Rey has collected several jewels and spots a potted flower growing under a spot of sunlight. She waters the potted plant, which begins to recover. Just then, Teedo and his gang storm the cave riding a large tubular machine which sucks up the wreckage and debris. Rey flees the Teedos, narrowly escaping being sucked up by the machine. She flees onto the edge of a cliff and leaps to safety on a stony staircase.

The Teedos’ giant vacuum machine sucks up portions of the staircase. Rey flees but finds herself caught in the vacuum created by the Teedos’ giant vacuum machine. Rey struggles against the force of the air current as the episode draws to a close.
