Introduction

Navy Log is an American drama anthology series that initially aired for one season on CBS.

It relates the greatest survival war stories in the history of the United States Navy. The series premiered in 1955, but the following year, it was moved to ABC, where it aired until 1958.

Outline

The true story of Emile Deschamps, hero of the French Underground and saviour of hundreds of Allied airmen downed behind enemy lines. He spirited our men to safety, faced and survived torture at the hands of the Gestapo, and lived to help free his country of the Nazi horde.
