Introduction
LEGO Star Wars: Bombad Bounty is a five-minute short film based on the original trilogy of Star Wars.
Outline
The film opens with the opening scene of Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope, but as the Rebel forces inside the Tantive IV prepare to be boarded, Jar Jar, acting as a janitor, mops the floor. The wet floor causes the boarding Imperials to flip and fall, including Darth Vader, who orders Boba Fett to capture Jar Jar.
Boba Fett proceeds to chase Jar Jar across the galaxy, through many of the major sequences of the original trilogy. Jar Jar is eventually successful in eluding Boba Fett, and joins the Rebel Alliance in celebrating the fall of the Empire on Endor.
Opening Crawl
It is a period of civil war.
And war, as everybody
knows, makes things dirty.
Really, really dirty. Like
absolutely filthy.
Just nineteen years ago,
Everything was so clean
and shiny and polished.
And now look at it.
It’s a real shame.
Fortunately for the galaxy,
there is A NEW HOPE.
A hope… with a mop.
Boss Nass Cleaners:
scrubbing the galaxy clean,
one system at a time….
