Outline

During the Great Jedi Purge, Emperor Palpatine’s Clone troopers attack the Jedi Temple on Coruscant. As the Jedi Purge rages, Palpatine remarks that this is his best birthday ever. On Kashyyyk, Jedi Master Yoda and the Wookiees flee several Clone scout troopers intent on executing Order 66. Yoda manages to commandeer an AT-RT walker and warns Obi-Wan Kenobi that the Clone army has turned on them.

Kenobi warns Yoda about the fall of the Jedi Temple while riding the varactyl Boga in the sinkholes of Utapau. Yoda orders Kenobi to return to Coruscant and retrieve the holocorons. However, due to the fighting, Kenobi misunderstands Yoda’s command and thinks that Yoda will be returning to the Temple to retrieve the holocrons himself. Meanwhile, Emperor Palpatine and two of his Royal Guards enter the Holocron Vaults to view the holocrons. The Emperor does a victory dance.
