Fairly Secret Army is a British sitcom which ran to thirteen episodes over two series between 1984 and 1986.
Though not a direct spin-off from The Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin, the lead character, Major Harry Truscott, was very similar to Geoffrey Palmer’s character of Jimmy in that series, and the scripts were written by Reginald Perrin’s creator and writer David Nobbs.
Throttle cooks up an idea to disguise themselves as hippies and go to a peace festival where the cruise missiles are kept. They plan on catching the terrorists in action. Cobra tells Harry that he knows about his army of 5 and Throttle’s plan as well. Jill says she did not talk in her sleep, it was a ruse to feed Harry false info. Cobra says there is a mole in Harry’s army. The police arrest the hippies and Nancy and Harry are kidnapped.
