Outline

An evacuation order is given for the residents of Terminal Island who are to be held in internment camps following the Pearl Harbour attack. Chester wants to leave with Luz but is later arrested after a local resident reports him to the FBI. Luz decides to join Chester after telling the FBI agents that she is carrying his child.
